AsliCRM

AsliCRM vs Zoho CRM

A Zoho CRM alternative for people who wanted less of it.

Zoho is the closest thing to us that exists: an Indian company selling business software worldwide, priced fairly, and very good at it. The difference is scope. Zoho gives you a suite; this gives you a CRM.

In short

AsliCRM is a Zoho CRM alternative for small teams, at $19 a month for up to 5 users rather than $14 per user. Zoho CRM Standard is $14 per user per month on annual billing (checked 27 August 2026), so three seats is $42. Zoho remains the better choice for teams that want its 45-application suite, deeper customisation, or room to grow well past a handful of people.

We are not going to pretend this is a close contest on capability. Zoho is a larger, more capable, more mature product from a company two decades older than ours. The case for us is narrow and specific: fewer things, one price, set up in an afternoon.

What you get

What AsliCRM actually does

Contacts that stay clean

Import a CSV, see exactly what will happen before anything is written, and get duplicates caught by phone or email rather than discovered later.

A pipeline you can move

Stages, deal values, won and lost with a reason. Closing a deal is one dialog with the common reasons a tap away, not a typed prompt.

Follow-ups that resurface

Tasks with due dates and a daily digest email, because the order you lose is the one nobody remembered to chase.

Messaging from the record

Email, SMS and WhatsApp sent from a contact, through Aslio on your own account — not a third-party add-on with a second bill.

Web forms that feed it

Put a form on your site and the submissions arrive as contacts, deduplicated, with the source attached.

Your data, exportable

Everything exports to CSV whenever you want. Leaving is a supported operation, not a support ticket.

Honestly

When Zoho is the right choice

  • You want the suite. Books, Desk, Projects, Campaigns and the rest, integrated and under one bill. That is a genuinely good offer and we cannot match any part of it.
  • You need to customise. Custom modules, fields, workflows and scripting are Zoho's strength and our deliberate omission.
  • Your team will pass a handful of people.
  • Procurement needs certifications. Zoho has them; we have none.
  • AsliCRM is new. It went live this year and is only now being opened outside India. If you want a vendor with a decade of logos, that is a reasonable thing to want.
  • No marketing automation, no service desk, no forecasting. This is contacts, pipeline, tasks and messaging. The suites do more, and charge accordingly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is AsliCRM cheaper than Zoho CRM?

For a small team, yes. Zoho CRM Standard is $14 per user per month on annual billing as at 27 August 2026 — $42 for three seats. AsliCRM Pro is $19 a month for up to 5 users, about $3.80 each. Zoho's higher tiers do considerably more than we do, so compare capability as well as price.

Why would I pick a tiny company over Zoho?

Only for specific reasons: you want fewer moving parts, you want it working this afternoon rather than after a configuration project, and you want to email the people who wrote it. If none of those matter to you, Zoho is the better buy and we would say so on a call.

Can I import from Zoho CRM?

Yes — export leads, contacts and deals to CSV and import them here, with a preview of what will be written and duplicate detection by phone or email. Zoho-specific things — custom modules, workflows, Blueprint — have no equivalent.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Pricing is set per country, so you see your own currency. Billing is in Indian rupees today — card payment in your local currency is in approval with our payment provider, and overseas customers are invoiced directly until it clears.

How does it compare on setup time?

Most Zoho CRM rollouts involve real configuration, and plenty of teams use a partner. AsliCRM has very little to configure by design — sign up, import a CSV, and the pipeline is usable the same day. That is a genuine trade: less to set up also means less you can change.

Less software. Same job done.

The free plan needs no card and nothing expires. Import a CSV, add a deal, and see whether it fits before you pay anyone anything.
