Honestly
Before you shortlist us
- Pro covers up to 5 users. Past that we are not your CRM, and no amount of price advantage changes it. Say so on the first call rather than the third.
- We hold no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certification. If your procurement requires either, we will not pass.
- AsliCRM is new. It went live this year and is only now being opened outside India. If you want a vendor with a decade of logos, that is a reasonable thing to want.
- No marketing automation, no service desk, no forecasting. This is contacts, pipeline, tasks and messaging. The suites do more, and charge accordingly.
- Billed in Indian rupees. Card payment in your own currency is in approval with our payment provider; overseas customers are invoiced directly until it clears.

AsliCRM is built to be used compliantly by an EU controller: data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany, a data processing agreement is available on request, and data can be exported or deleted at any time. Compliance is a property of how you use a tool, so we describe what we provide rather than claiming a certificate nobody issues.
Where exactly is the data hosted?
On Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany — the eu-central-1 region. That is the primary and only store for workspace data.
Will you sign a DPA?
Yes, and before you commit rather than after. Ask at info@asli.one and you get a document, not a link back to this page.
Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No, and we do not claim either. If your procurement process requires one we will not pass it, and we would rather you knew in week one than week six.
Can we get our data out?
Yes — everything exports to CSV whenever you want, with no fee and no notice period.
