Questions people ask
- Is AsliCRM really free?
- Yes. The free plan holds 500 contacts for one user, with the pipeline, tasks, daily digest and a web form included. No card is needed to start, and nothing expires.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your workspace drops back to the free plan's limits: the newest contacts past the free cap become read-only until you upgrade again or remove some, and you can export everything to CSV at any time.
- Can I import my existing contacts?
- Yes — upload a CSV and match your columns to ours. AsliCRM shows you exactly what will happen before anything is written, finds duplicates by phone or email, and gives you back a file of any rows it could not read.
- Does it send WhatsApp messages?
- Yes. Pro includes 10,000 emails a month with nothing to set up. WhatsApp and SMS have to go out from your own registered number — that is WhatsApp's rule and the telecom rules, not ours — so those need your own sending account. WhatsApp also only allows a free-form message to someone who wrote to you in the last 24 hours; outside that window it needs a template approved by WhatsApp.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. AsliCRM runs in a browser on a phone or a laptop. There is nothing to install and nothing to keep updated.
- Where is my data kept?
- Your workspace runs on our servers in Frankfurt, Germany. If data residency matters for your business, tell us before you sign up and we will be straight with you about the timeline.
- How many people can use it?
- One on the free plan and five on Pro, each with their own login and role. Owners and admins manage users and billing; members work with contacts and deals.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call to make.
