Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany — inside the European Union. It does not leave the EU in the ordinary course of running the product.
EU privacy law
The regime that applies to you is the GDPR, enforced by your national data protection authority.
There is no third-country transfer to assess: the data stays in the EU. Asli One Global acts as processor and you as controller, and a data processing agreement is available on request before signup.
Asli One Global holds no SOC 2 and no ISO 27001 certification, and does not claim one. Compliance is a property of how a tool is used, so we describe what we provide rather than a certificate nobody issued.
What you actually pay
Pro is 17 € a month, or 170 € a year — 2 months free. That covers up to 5 users and 10,000 contacts, flat rather than per seat, so it works out at about 3,40 € per person at full capacity and the bill does not move when you hire.
Card payment works here today.
SMS and WhatsApp go out from your own registered number and are billed to your own sending account, so you only pay for what you actually send.
Questions people ask first
- Is AsliCRM really free?
- Yes. The free plan holds 500 contacts for one user, with the pipeline, tasks, daily digest and a web form included. No card is needed to start, and nothing expires.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your workspace drops back to the free plan's limits: the newest contacts past the free cap become read-only until you upgrade again or remove some, and you can export everything to CSV at any time.
- Can I import my existing contacts?
- Yes — upload a CSV and match your columns to ours. AsliCRM shows you exactly what will happen before anything is written, finds duplicates by phone or email, and gives you back a file of any rows it could not read.
- Does it send WhatsApp messages?
- Yes. Pro includes 10,000 emails a month with nothing to set up. WhatsApp and SMS have to go out from your own registered number — that is WhatsApp's rule and the telecom rules, not ours — so those need your own sending account. WhatsApp also only allows a free-form message to someone who wrote to you in the last 24 hours; outside that window it needs a template approved by WhatsApp.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. AsliCRM runs in a browser on a phone or a laptop. There is nothing to install and nothing to keep updated.
